Whether working with individuals or couples, my approach is rooted in deep listening, exploration, and connection. Together, we uncover the unconscious patterns shaping your relationships, emotions, and sense of self—allowing space for growth, clarity, and change. Therapy is not about quick fixes, but about engaging with your inner world in a way that fosters resilience, insight, and more fulfilling relationships. Each session is shaped by your unique needs, creating a space for meaningful transformation.

Depending on the level of care you are interested in, I offer 50 minute sessions as a standard or 90 minute sessions when requested for individuals or couples.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions—those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. Whether you’re managing relationship struggles, healing early wounds, or seeking clarity in times of change, therapy can help you make meaning and find steadiness within. For many, this work also opens a path toward spiritual connection—reclaiming a sense of inner belonging, purpose, or something greater than the self.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to deep, integrative healing that honors the complexity of the human experience. We are all so unique, and each of us deserves specific attention into specific areas to facilitate integration of the different aspects of life that make us feel mired. Grounded in relational and psychodynamic principles, I offer a space for exploration, where past patterns, unconscious narratives, and societal conditioning can be examined with curiosity and care. I integrate concepts from Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Gestalt into the therapy room. My approach is both liberatory and transformative—supporting clients in reclaiming their inner wisdom, navigating life’s uncertainties, and cultivating a more connected and meaningful way of being.

In our work, we step back to observe the patterns shaping your thoughts, relationships, and emotions, creating space for clarity and change. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, life transitions, relational struggles, or existential questions, therapy is an opportunity to shift perspective, strengthen self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.

My approach is grounded in relational and psychodynamic therapy, with integration from Gestalt and transpersonal perspectives. I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, and a trauma-informed lens—meeting each client with presence, curiosity, and care. These modalities support a deep engagement with the emotional, somatic, and spiritual layers of experience, creating space for meaningful, embodied transformation.
