Transform How You Connect

Discover new ways of communicating, deepening intimacy, and growing together.

Discover new ways of relating that invite closeness, honesty, and growth.

Partnerships are living systems — spaces where love, conflict, desire, and vulnerability all show up. Sometimes these dynamics bring us closer, and other times they create distance or pain. In therapy, we begin with where you are now and explore how to move toward greater security, intimacy, and mutual understanding.

I work with couples, partners, and chosen families across many different constellations. Together, we might:

  • Reignite passion and intimacy, honoring both erotic energy and emotional closeness.

  • Heal after infidelity, betrayal, or ruptures of trust.

  • Navigate the impact of past trauma on your ability to show up fully in partnership.

  • Honor diverse forms of connection — queer partnerships, CNM/polyamorous relationships,

  • Explore boundaries and trust, whether you’re opening your relationship or strengthening your bond as a duo.

  • Practice communication that deepens compassion, so difficult emotions can be expressed with honesty and care.

Therapy becomes a place to slow down, notice patterns, and uncover what keeps you from being fully present with one another. From there, new possibilities for connection can take root.

Approach and What to Expect

In session, we notice the patterns that pull you apart, then gently uncover what can bring you back together. Drawing from Psychodynamic, Somatic, Gestalt, and Attachment-oriented lenses, and Transpersonal we cultivate presence, empathy, and new possibilities for connection.

When relationships are woven with honesty, mutual longing, and respect, they become soft places to land—partners who challenge, comfort, and co-create with you. This work isn’t just about resolving problems—it’s about discovering the richness beneath.

Polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships bring their own questions around boundaries, jealousy, compersion, and communication — and deserve a therapist who meets them without assumptions about what a "healthy" relationship should look like. I offer affirming support for individuals and couples navigating non-monogamy, whether you're just beginning to explore it, negotiating agreements within an existing relationship, or working through challenges specific to non-traditional relationship life. This work often intersects with the same questions of identity, culture, and belonging that shape all my relational work, and I bring the same curiosity and care to relationship structures outside the traditional mono-normative frame.
